Evanston Results/Bob Firman Info

What a beautiful day to run cross country! Good work on a tough course. We know your legs are tired from a big training week. Results can be found HERE. The bus will leave at 8 a.m. on Friday. We will be staying overnight. As per school district policy you are in charge of meals the first day and the district will take care of things on the second. We will be home around 11 p.m. on Saturday. Keep inspiring and encouraging each other. Big things ahead over the next few weeks. Schedule of races can be found HERE. We will run our varsity boys in the elite race. The first 7 on the boys JV in the Division 2 varsity race, and the rest will run in the second or M-Z section of the JV races. The varsity girls will run in the Div 2 race, and the JV gals in the M-Z section. BTW there will be a trail run tomorrow if you can make it. Meet at Coach Draney's house at 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Tiger-Grizz Results/Evanston Invite Info

Great results for a tough race in the heat. Most importantly, we didn't hear one complaint about the 94 degree temperatures. Results can be found HERE. Also, we will leave for Evanston at 9:30 Friday morning. The girl's race is at 1:00, Boys directly after at the Purple Sage Golf Course.
Both JV and Varsity will be running together. Keep up the hard work. #HARAMBEE

Tiger-Grizz

Tiger/Grizz Invitational Friday, September 11, 2015 Freeman Park Idaho Falls, ID Welcome to the annual Tiger/Grizz Invitational Cross Country Meet. The meet will commence on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Freeman Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The course is mostly grass, but there is some pavement, gravel roads, and a little sand/dirt. There are several hills with the three most difficult in the last 1.2 miles. We will be assigning lanes this year for the Varsity races and try to assign them for the JV races. Freeman Park is located off of Science Center Drive. Take exit 119 off of Interstate 15, then travel east on Highway 20 one half a mile to the Science Center Drive Exit, turn left and travel one half mile more to the light and turn left into the designated parking areas. Do Not Park on the course! The course will be open around 1:45 p.m. for inspection. Buses and spectators may park in the University Place parking lot. Do not use the INL lot because you will be towed. There is no parking within the park itself in order to keep the course free from traffic.
