Thanks for all of you who joined us @ Bob Firman XC this last weekend. The competition was hot and the course fast. Ooodles of time was dropped from PB and course bests. We have one month until "the show" Controlling the controllable is the key as we keep achieving our goals for 2012. Results can be found here.

TODAY'S MOMENT OF ZEN:LOOK WHAT 6 YEARS OF XC CAN DO FOR YOU! Bear Lake will start with MS at 4:00, followed by HS boys, then HS girls. They run the races off quickly. Medals will be given by class to the top 5 in each class.
